Rented a drive up unit and a trailer parking spot. They inconveniently requested I move my trailer twice to new spots for some reason. The facility is fine but noticed rat/mice poop in the facility and the seals on the doors allow dust and cotton wood fluff to accumulate inside the unit even with the door closed. Overall wouldn’t recommend as their prices aren’t great and their customer service is sub par.

I am very happy with my experience at Pacific Self Storage. I called to inquire about a unit and Joe returned my call quickly. We set up a time for me to see some different units so I could decide which size would fit my needs. Joe was patient with me and showed me everything I wanted to see. The facility is neat, orderly and I am pleased with the security measures.

Great place to store your stuff. Price was fair. Signing up was easy and moving out was equally as easy. Joseph was very polite and helpful. I would use there storage units in the future if I'm ever in need. 5 stars!
