It took me awhile to answer this in a way that is mature and not fueled by anger . As a former hardworking employee I would say you guys lacked structure , over worked hardworking employees , racial discrimination against African American employees and under pay of all your employees . These are all things that can be improve in your company. I personally had evidence and wanted to sue Pacific seafood but god blessed me to find better and so I moved on for the better .
