I went there to get an application I'm thinking of moving down to Long Beach but the gal didn't have time to really talk to me so I got the application and I'm going to fill it out and send it back I wish I could have seen some pictures of what the apartments look like inside but like I said she was in a hurry to go pick up her kid from the bus stop
Management is very nice and helpful, property is well kept. All the neighbors seem nice

The manager is very nice, most of the people who live there are very nice, not all though. I've never had a problem with anything except my downstairs neighbor who thinks I should follow her schedule, and blasts her music and wakes up my special needs son.. other than my downstairs neighbor, it's a nice place.
