Pretty horrible people.
I have a very terrible experience with this company. I rented an apartment from this company for about five years, and vacated in March. I have cleaned the premises thoroughly before handing over the keys to the company, and they said will return my security deposit within 21 days. But as of today, May 4, I have not received my security deposit or an itemized statement why deducting my deposit. After 21 days I moved out, I called this company for my security deposit. Was rented a very poorly maintained apartment that constantly has issues. Rent from another place that doesn’t just put bandaids on issues but fixes them. I’ve probably called for maintenance 10-15 times in the last 7 months. I’ve been renting for years and haven’t had this many issues with other places. If you are working full time this kind of stuff is taxing and overwhelming. Staff do there part and are responsive but the owners of the apartment do not care and will constantly bandaid big issues.
