Overall: Due to a particularly inept associate, I had to seek services elsewhere. I would avoid by all means. The Good: Due to Herbert (more below), I had to order my home appliance via Best Buy with Francine and Katie. Both of them were professional and of great help home appliance purchase experience. The Bad: Unfortunately, Herbert (of Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home) was entirely uncooperative and his demeanor particularly rude. Horrible place and workers.. Never shop here they treated me like a peasant or rodent..
The ineptitude of the personel is mind-blowing. The warehouse/delivery group should be featured in a reality TV series, bumbling shenanigans, angry calls...it would be great.
