2 sets of really bad experience with them... don’t think I will go back. Refrigerator... guys came but won’t hook up to the water line as it’s not the “right type”. Bought the connection kit and had to hire task rabbit for 10m job at $160. Oven replacement... scheduling issues as they cancelled 1st appointment due to installed error on Pacific Sales. 2nd appointment was a complete no show. Will miss thanksgiving this year due to their botched delivery. Nice show room but incompetent process and broken promises.

Do not buy their “extended warranty” at all cost. It is NOT what they promise in store. The claim process is extensive, slow, disappointing to say the least. WARRANTECH/MyProtectionPlan360 is the worst warranty company out there. A leaking/non-cooling refrigerator will take an average of 4 weeks to fix. The service request is sent out to 3rd party contractors who are completely separate from Pacific Sales or Warrantech. Pay the extra to get the MANUFACTURER’s warranty and NOT the “gimmick” they try to sell you.
