Pacific Sales Kitchen & Bath is the worst Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Found refrigerator for 2499 went to check out and was told that it was 2799. even though salesman wrote 2499 and item showed sale price at 2499. basically I was told to take it or leave it. Never again will I ever go to Pacific Sales, I'd rather pay double somewhere else. Crummy people with crummy service.
Bad experience I really dislike these guys. Bought from them a complete set of appliances in 2008 ($2000+) and the delivered units damages. Called and complained. They told us they will witch them so they took the old units, painted the scratches and brought them back and never even told us. we thought they were bring us new units as so we did no notice until a few weeks later (scratches were on the side).
Washer & Dryer We purchased our washer and dryer from the Torrance store and was very happy with the service and delivery terms. They have a wide variety of appliances that would fit anyone needs.
Nightmare THE WORST customer service! My husband and I purchased a Viking refrigerator from their Irvine store. What we were told was a "floor model", once delivered, turned out to be a NIGHTMARE. The refrigerator was so badly damaged/used that the Viking Executive Service (warranty repair) would not even touch it. They left us a detailed review, both verbally and written and everything that is wrong with the refrigerator, including the electrical taped wires underneath the refrigerator. excellent Great prices and a wide selection of appliances, which is especially convenient if you're purchasing a new home and need multiple items. Delivery & installation are offered on most items, too.
Great place for mid-to-high-end appliances - great prices as well. The selection is overwhelming.
