This business is no longer at this address and may very well be closed permanently. Stopped by July 9, 2024 and all signs of a air conditioning/ sheet metal shop are gone

Do not do business with this company! They took money from a non-profit and never did the job- and never paid back the deposit. All calls and emails have been unanswered and mailboxes are full. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and fraudulent.

Someone came out in December 2022, i was very impressed with Lambert - he said they were about 4-6wks out for scheduling and the price is what I expected it to be for a leak-which would involve re-roofing the flat part of my roof and moving the water heater panels. I need to put down half the estimate for a deposit so I can be on the schedule. SO, I gave them a check and was told someone will be reach out to schedule. AVOID this business at all costs. Worst experience in my lifetime. To be clear, we are nice, normal residents of Maui and appreciate beyond words anyone who works on our home - we did nothing to earn the kind of abuse we went through from this company. We were referred to Ikaika by a prior customer and friend of ours who raved about Pacific Roofing and Repair. All went well until we signed the contract back in April. This experience sucked. Spent months trying to work with these guys. Whatever! Read some of their other reviews. You’ll have idea of what I went through too…not good! There are better options out there. I’m working with one now. I suggest you do same.
