We have lifetime time warranty and we hsve leak in one room they say we haven't maintained it properly. The guy that came out said there were nails raised which could cause leakage and they would come out and take care of it The call in the office was real snippy and said he didn't say that and we were responsible. We had the new roof 2007 paid $10,000 with lifetime warranty I am not happy and very disappointed in their lack of customer care and bad attitude in office.

Bought a house that they had done the roof on about four years ago. I was asking them to come out and do some repairs they quoted a price. Tried for six weeks to get a hold of them. The owner Crystal was very unprofessional and never return calls . The lady in the office kept telling me that she would have Crystal call me never received a call back.
