Absolutely horrible, I’ve spoken to 10 different ppl over 6 months and still no one can resolve my issue or give me answers and they always say their systems are down or someone will call you back and they don’t, they just wait a month and send you another bill.
Pacific Rim Pathology was utilized by my provider for lab samples after a procedure. This company takes no responsibility for their contracted billing agency, Coronis Health. Coronis Health double billed my insurer, and tried to bill a past insurer too. They also attempted to send me an unsolicited text message for $600+ without running the charge through insurance. If possible, avoid this company at all costs. Ask your doctor to make sure this miserable business is not involved with your medical testing. They billed me for a test that was fully covered by my insurance because they didn't like what my insurance paid. That's not my fault. Their job is to negotiate with the medical insurance co. Within a few days, they put my portion of the bill in the hands of a Las Vegas collection agency. Outrageous...please ask you doctor, lab tech, anyone to avoid them.
