The Surgeons and Surgeon's Assistant's are very professional and thorough. Their explanation of my procedure and post care left me with no question as to their knowledge and abilities to perform my surgery. Thanks to everyone involved. A special shout out to Megan in pre-op. She was able to calm my nerves during a very painful and stressful period.
What a stellar bunch of folks--from the office staff to the physicians and nurses themselves! I have had both Dr. Gannon and Dr. Van Hofwegen perform surgeries --one hip replacement and elbow arthroscopy later, I couldn't be more pleased with the kindness, consideration and professionalism shown by all.
I saw a PA today, my doctor was in surgery. I was very impressed with the PA who treated me. Very professional, didn’t rush the exam, asked if I had any questions and was just thorough.
I had broke my ankle 4 years ago and got cellulitis in the ankle, where a plate and ten screws were placed. After one night of antibiotics I was sent home. 4 years later, after off and on sores on the plate, I went looking for a new ortho. I was recommended to pacific rim by my insurance company. I attended my appointment in which dr v diagnosed me with a severe infection in the joint. The dr. Had me in surgery the very next day. Thank god for a dr.
