I had to call a plumber to come out right away and see about an issue that I was having, and that plumber highly recommended Pacific Rim. I’m so glad he did because Hank, Stephon, and Mario all did a great job immediately. I mean, they were on it! Kudos to Stephon for his hard work dismantling a cast iron bathtub. Talk about HARD work! Since my husband was out of town I was nervous, but Marissa helped calm me down and guided me through this whole process. I highly recommend this company. Thanks everyone!

I had the pleasure of being served by Damain and his team. Damain will do what it takes to do a thorough job. He addressed all of my concerns will great care during the project. Another mitigation company AND my insurance company tried to do only half the job, but Damain insisted that it was not sufficient, and he was right. Additional mold was found EXACTLY where he said it would be - shown in the picture. ALL of the mold shown here was ignored by all other parties.
