We had hot water heater leak that managed to spread quite a bit a water into our basement. The Pacific Rim crew came out and evaluated the situation. They collaborated with our insurance company and helped us get the remediation approved. When the job began, Hank and Esrom showed up on time and set clear expectations with the work. They executed the work and finished earlier than expected. They were both friendly, positive and a pleasure to work with. If I ever need remediation work in the future, I am calling Pacific Rim!

Had a great experience with Pacific Rim. After having a plumber evaluate a leaking I found out I had severe water damage. Got in touch with Carter and he sent a demo team the day after inspection.
