This company and the people who work there have been absolutely fantastic. I had a water leak from my HVAC pump, and they swiftly diagnosed the problem, and within days were out to start work. Stephon Reed (lead technician) in particular was awesome - he walked me through what was going on, kept me updated, basically talked me off a ledge without even knowing it. I've had the very best experience working with Pacific Rim. Unfortunately, this was a reoccurring problem due to a faulty repair, so I have recent experience with another water damage company. The difference between the two couldn't be greater. From communication to the repairs, everything with Pacific Rim has been stellar and has exceeded my expectations. Stephon Reed, the lead technician, was especially knowledgeable and communicative. I highly recommend them.
