I was so impressed by Stephon Reed, lead technician for Pacific Rim. He was a great help during a time when we had to learn fast about the remediation to make timely and consequential decisions. Stephon was very knowledgeable, patient and generous with his time and ideas. If you ever find yourself in the not so pleasant position to need remediated services and if you choose Pacific Rim ask for Stephon Reed.
Not normally a review person, but while they were friendly and what not. They have now left My house and I still won’t have a kitchen for a few more weeks. They dried out everything after another the leak was fixed and I had fans going for 4 straight days in my kitchen only to find out someone else has to come out to do another assessment after they did one already?
