So my pipe bursted and lost all water to my house and my craw space flooded, pacific rim came out to drain the water so my plumber could fix the pipe. They’re was a lot of mix communication with pacific rim, my plumber assured me it usually doesn’t happen with them but it was my bad luck, the people that did the work were great I enjoyed them. The people the did the job were great and very professional the came and did the job when they said they’ll would. My only complaint is we went through them because our plumber recommended them because there company work with them. But during the scheduling I asked if they would be contacting them to make sure the plumber would be coming out, because I was told they work with them and communicate so they come out the day after they do the job.
