The hamachi fish was sliced too thin to be flash seared. The delicate flavor was overpowered by the Kikoman's soy sauce. Have them leave the sauce on the side. Fish sliced so thin drown in the absorbed sauce. The lemongrass chicken breast had great flavor but was cooked dry. They are definitely understaffed. Excellent spring rolls!
Sat outside on a lovely evening. Staff were awesome and the food was perfect. Scallops & calamari were the best.
We've never tried this restaurant but decided to go there for my birthday dinner. The food was amazing, the service was spot-on, and the decor is minimalist beautiful. My wife had the Sable fish with she enjoyed very much. I had the seared tuna which was wonderful. My wife really enjoyed her tuna tartare starter and I loved the terrine of eel. The food is beautifully plated. We will certainly be back.
