I always appreciate the phone call I get at renewal. My agent checks to see if she can get me a better price every time my policy is up for renewal and calls to check in to let me know what she's found. I also love the service I've gotten since I started with Pacific Ridge. They had the best deal on homeowner's insurance for me as well and packaged my car & home saving me a couple hundred dollars.
