Office staff is rude and unprofessional, girl called security on me because I told her she was rude and I was going record our conversation to let the doctor hear what her service is like, Office manager just as bad, no compassion or kindness for customers. I won't be back sorry doctor.

I have seen Dr. Ruiz as a rheumatologist and often bring new ideas or treatment options to discuss. Unfortunately, he does not seem interested in exploring or learning about alternative approaches outside standard protocols. His style is very “by the book” and focused on the same medications, even when they may help one condition but cause significant side effects for others. Dr. Magnano is one of the kindest and most responsive doctors I have ever met! She carefully examined all of my symptoms and alleviated alot of my concerns. It is not hard to make an appointment, and she responds to messages and test results very quickly.

Staff is perfectly pleasant. Dr. Ruiz is a busy doctor but sits patiently and attentively until all my questions are answered. He seems to genuinely care, keeps up with changes in my case and plots my path toward remission. Just respect any provider time by coming with a clear list of concise questions and you will come away satisfied.

If I could give negative stars for the staff here, I would. Which is a shame because Dr Aggarwal is wonderful, and spent a significant amount of time with me during my first visit and would definitely recommend her as a provider. But the staff…wow. I have never interacted with an office as poorly managed and staffed as this one. They are rude, “don’t leave voicemails” (so better be tethered to your phone at all times!), and don’t seem to know how to properly submit a prior authorization correctly.
