The office staff at this company is extremely unprofessional at best A lack of experience or skill to communicate with someone over the phone and answer questions. At worst, they are disrespectful and rude. And the supervision, which is there I assume to fill in where the employees either are unable or lack the ability to solve the problem or just as bad if not worse so if you can’t communicate, there’s no way to even find out how bad or good the service is.
The staff was very friendly. I was working with Dr Salem, but I only saw her about 3 times. I would hadle everything with the coordinator Michelle. Everything was going fine, however, as soon as I had my first failed cycle... they weren't really available, nor would the communicate how they were before. I had to constantly be following up with them, they made promises that couldn't keep. I had a 2nd transfer and no luck.
