We ordered a swing-a-way cargo box from this company based on positive reviews of their product. However, a month later, still waiting on delivery. One employee, Katie (office manager) stated she could not give me an idea when they would be producing the product again. Another employee, Jim, stated it was a supplier problem. When I pushed for a delivery date, they became rude and cancelled order. Not sure what the problem is with this company, but a very strange experience.
