Sam has been truly great! Incredibly helpful and awesome communication. I only give 4 stars because things didn’t start off on the right foot with a previous employee they had working for them but Sam has stepped in and made sure things have gone smoother while looking for our new home.

The office staff was welcoming, they sincerely care about their community, and their knowledge of properties available and how to match the needs of potential tenants was impressive! Perfect spot for our pedaling and paddling adventures. We got to stay in a cute convenient space with all the Long Beach history and charm our family loves right around us. Great amenities. Extra plus you're right next to Dylan's Cottage Bakery.
Love the family owned company & I and my family have had several good experiences with them from selling real estate to now renting from them. Very friendly people who are always ready to help.
Enjoyed our family's stay at one of their rentals. Toddler friendly and walking distance to the beach.
