Agents that know their stuff! We stopped there on s spring break trip and inquired about some local home listings. Friendly people with a load of local knowledge. You can learn a LOT about a home when the agent you are talking to has sold that house multiple times! I never thought about that. Go with the experienced people who know the area and the people.
Not overly impressed I was not impressed with my experience interacting with the agents at Pacific Realty. There seemed to be an overall lack of urgency and they could use a class or two on contract law...
