Please ensure your property manager for 995 England Ave understands the difference between damage and wear and tear. Rentals don't have to be move in ready when a move out clean is done. Scuff marks do not mean a tenant has to pay you $300 for painting. Great experience dealing with PQ
I did not want to file this report this way, but I am doing it because after sending several emails, I still have no response, and no company representative has come to see what is happening in the apartments. It seems you only care about payments being on time, but you do not care about the insecurity. People from outside the complex use the parking lot for their vehicles and even sleep in them. I have reported this several times, and you still don't use the tow truck to remove those parking illegally, forcing residents to ... read more
