Pacific Quroum has managed my strata complex for at least 8+ years and they are fantastic. Our currant manger Dino, is always efficient at responding to home owners at a very quick timely manner and always respectful and helpful!
I have been on strata council on 3 properties for 11 years managed by Bayview and now Pacific Quorum. The properties have been in both Parksville and Courtenay. The strata management team has been exemplary in their advice, meetings, correspondence and management of our Stratas. It’s been a pleasure to deal with their personnel and legal teams. I would highly recommend this company.
I have been on council for the last few years and have been impressed with the professionalism from this company. Dino is helpful and patient with difficult owners who are constantly making issues and having confrontations with contractors or council members. It is not an easy job but Dino does it with kindness and respect.

I was standing off to the side, in the white lined area of the parking lot with my husband and an employee almost hit us in the company car. When I turned around completely, she kept pulling forward and I had to move out of the way. Not a great representation of your business and not impressed with those actions, it’s clearly not a parking space.
