The management here is terrible, I left a while ago and I had maintenance issues that were never fixed from the start of my lease. Many calls and emails but it seems they never planned on fixing issues in the housing, Instead had time to install other features in the rooms. The managers never respond to phone calls which is crazy since Vancouver Island houses such small cities with low populations you'd assume they have more time than managers in big cities. Please ensure your property manager for 995 England Ave understands the difference between damage and wear and tear. Rentals don't have to be move in ready when a move out clean is done. Scuff marks do not mean a tenant has to pay you $300 for painting. This broad literally told my 77 year old Pops she was taking off $500.00 from his $1400.00 in deposits because, "I can't rent this tomorrow."
