Our strata has been with PQ for many years and have gone through a few different property managers, some better than others. However, since Nasrin Bahramshahi took over in Fall of 2025 our experience has improved a lot. She’s really responsive, on top of quote requests and was great when we were dealing with an insurance claim. She also pushes back on vendors when the invoices are questionable. We have two units at Espana managed by Pacific Quorum Properties, and this one is by far the best managed. We also have another unit at a different property managed by other companies, which really highlights the difference in service levels.
