If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our experience with Alina at Pacific Quorum was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, her communication was unprofessional and, at times, outright intimidating. My family felt pressured and bullied into giving up our security deposit over claims of damages that were never properly substantiated. Jennifer Lord was instrumental in clearly outlining the program and associated savings, ensuring the council was well informed. My experience with this property manager, Anila, was absolutely unacceptable. From the start, her conduct was unprofessional, misleading, and at times outright hostile. She repeatedly communicated in a way that felt intimidating and disrespectful, creating an environment where my family felt harassed rather than supported as tenants.
