I worked with Gary when I was moving in, and he went above and beyond thinking of accessibly for me. He was friendly and thoughtful, and thought of me as a person first, helping to make my move in as easy as possible with my chemical sensitivities. He also worked with me to change my storage unit to a more accessible one with a lighter door that is more easily accessed in my electric wheelchair. They have bad interpersonal responses, and not even think about asking questions of what is the strata coverage and why sometimes they cover snd sometimes not, he will hang the phone on you and also trying to request a repair is a nightmare - he ignores the emails and can take such a long time to reply.
