Worst management company we have ever experienced. Property taxes paid late we were assessed a major penalty. Balance sheets done wrong and constantly late. Bills never paid on time. Management could care less. Brutal,stay away from this company.
My building is "managed" by this company and neglect from Stacey in handling the concerns in this building is brutal. Save your time and look elsewhere for a property management group - this one isn't it.
I was an owner in Kelowna for the last nine years - Pacific Quorum did an excellent job managing our building. Stacy Johanson (our property manager) was always professional, prompt and helpful resolving any issues between myself, my tenant and the building. Based on my experience, I would recommend Stacy/Pacific Quorum to anyone.

You guys should fire Stacy Johanson for being such an overreacting Karen. She doesn't have any patience to work as a property manager. She has anger issues when talking to my sister. I know Stacey is busy and has many emails but she shouldn't be reacting that way after my sister apologized.
