The worst accounting department ever. So many mistakes month by month, and then they wouldn’t correct it after confirming they would fix it. So much back-and-forth with multiple different people every month, so you never know who to contact to resolve things. Basic math skills missing, I had to constantly explain the owner statement mistakes in detail as the accounting contacts wouldn’t understand anything. That’s just from the personal residential side.
