I was an owner in Kelowna for the last nine years - Pacific Quorum did an excellent job managing our building. Stacy Johanson (our property manager) was always professional, prompt and helpful resolving any issues between myself, my tenant and the building. Based on my experience, I would recommend Stacy/Pacific Quorum to anyone.

You guys should fire Stacy Johanson for being such an overreacting Karen. She doesn't have any patience to work as a property manager. She has anger issues when talking to my sister. I know Stacey is busy and has many emails but she shouldn't be reacting that way after my sister apologized. If I could give zero stars, I would. We recently switched strata management companies, and it's become crystal clear just how poorly Pacific Quorum (PQ) was serving us. For months, they pretended to do work—making empty promises, dragging their feet, and offering bad advice that we're now having to unravel and fix. Council meeting minutes were consistently late.
