Attempted to unfairly steal hundreds of dollars even though I had photo evidence. Like other stratas, fine most of the time, but awful when they're bad

The worst accounting department ever. So many mistakes month by month, and then they wouldn’t correct it after confirming they would fix it. So much back-and-forth with multiple different people every month, so you never know who to contact to resolve things. Basic math skills missing, I had to constantly explain the owner statement mistakes in detail as the accounting contacts wouldn’t understand anything. That’s just from the personal residential side. Worst management company we have ever experienced. Property taxes paid late we were assessed a major penalty. Balance sheets done wrong and constantly late. Bills never paid on time. Management could care less. Brutal,stay away from this company.
