As a property owner and Vice-President of our Strata Council, I am deeply disappointed with Pacific Quorum. Their communication is unacceptably slow, and they consistently fail to follow through on council directives. Financial statements are frequently delayed, and their lack of oversight on maintenance projects has caused significant frustration for our ownership group. We expected much better administrative support.

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this manager. Promised repairs were “getting done next week” for over two months and nothing ever happened. Communication was awful — calls ignored, emails unanswered, and every issue somehow became the tenant’s fault. The apartment looked nothing like the photos online, and basic things like heating and appliances barely worked properly. On top of that, they acted annoyed anytime concerns were brought up.
