Absolutely horrible service. Make promises they don’t keep, keep charging your card even after you’ve paid in full. Admitted that full payment wasn’t credited to the account and have yet to refund the extra payments taken - after nearly a month. I guess the next step is to dispute the additional charges through my card.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company has twice charged for the same services, was paid in full both times (due to my inability to acquire the needed records), and CONTINUES to charge monthly for what is no longer owed. Buyers beware.
I had a stroke last year, and was in intensive rehab for 3 weeks. I needed a wheelchair to go home, and the rehab center ordered one for me a couple of days before discharge. That day, a young woman from the office came into my room and plopped a note on my tray, saying that there was a copay that I had to call in before they would deliver the chair. I called and called the number she had given me, and nobody answered, and no one returned my calls. I was desperate, because I needed that chair to go home! I wheeled down to th... read more
