Horrible Service Disrespect Staff every time I call they act like they can't hear and ask you to repeat Question's and Answers Serveral times . They intentionally play Phone tag with My Doctors Office For My Continued Use of My Two Oxegen Machines I Have At Home . And They Are Continuing to play A Game with My Cardiologist Pulmonologist For Approval of Continued Use Of My Oxygen Machines , When I Am Suffering And can Barely Breath Sometimes . AdaptHealth is absolute joke of a company and must go out of business for the sake of humanity. Dont even bother calling their clueless customer service. They first sent us a defective gastric suction device and we waited for equipment technician to arrive that (they said they did but never actually called) 5 hours and three useless phone calls ago. Now we're getting ready to go to ER.
Flexible schedule. Technician did a great job showing me how to use my machine for a good night's sleep.
