The technicians are always great. But the company desperately needs better customer support. Don’t expect a callback after contacting customer service, because it never comes. Sometimes they leave you on hold for over 20 minutes and then disconnect the call without warning. My mom is on 15L of oxygen and needs a lung transplant, yet we still have to call every single week just to get a delivery. And at this point, I’m honestly surprised when the delivery arrives correctly.

Very friendly staff and so helpful … Gilbert did amazing with showing me how to use product ordering, cleaning, downloading app and explained everything in detail. I was even coughing and he offered me a water didn’t have none so he brought me a soda which was thoughtful . Thank you Gilbert
