This company is absolutely the WORST in the NATION !!!!! You get ZERO HELP, EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY LIKE YOUR TANK BLOWS UP SO YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE FLIPPING HOUSE !!! They NEVER answer their phones, they make you wait at LEAST 2 WEEKS FOR SUPPLIES, OR LONGER, they only have a CALL CENTER YOU MUST GO THRU, and in case of an " emergency " situation where you need a new regulator IMMEDIATELY, well then you must WAIT, another WEEEK !!!!! They do not care one BIT if you drop dead or not....SERIOUSLY....THEY DON'T !! Their techs ... read more
