I've spend 2 months trying to get my supplies and jump thru hoops trying to satisfy this company. I sat on the phone for hours being transferred repeatedly. Today while I was at the hospital, they sent someone here to my home to yank all of my oxygen supplies leaving me with NOTHING!!! Without warning, they took my only way to avoid respiratory failure. THEIR NEW NAME IS ADAPT. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT. RUN! FIND ANYONE ELSE FOR YOUR OXYGEN NEEDS. THESE PEOPLE WILL WIND UP KILLING YOU.
