Rating for the office staff, not the doctors. I was told from multiple ppl that I had to have an appointment in order to receive med refills. Back and forth with ppl from billing and with the assistants. Had an appointment scheduled for a month out. When I asked if it was normal for patients to be okayed to be off their meds like that they just said it was policy and hopefully there’s be a last minute cancellation. This place is a freaking joke and will run you through circles and never help. Shame on them. Sorry you are a scam and harm people instead of heal them. I'm suing you so have fun
Great team. Michael Quiseno is the best. I went from not being able to leave the house to working full time at a doctors office just weeks after my first telehealth with him. Fantastic job. Thank you so much guys.
My entire experience—from starting the new patient process with Kathy, to my first visit with Katie—has been excellent! Kathy is so helpful and works hard to help you make sure everything is taken care of with respect to paperwork and scheduling initial appointments. And Katie is such a helpful medical provider. She’s engaged, curious, compassionate, listening attentively to you, all of which demonstrate that she really wants to work with her patients to find a treatment program that meets their mental health goals.
It’s always a very informative and pleasant appointment with Dr. Altesman.
