We "sold" our timeshare to them so many years ago, they promised to take care of the condo fee and the transfer should be done in not time! still have to pay for the condo fee. This is a BIG scam, my money is gone and I have no where to complain. How can we all suit them? Please share about the scam and if somebody know what to do to recover the money let us know.

Horrible crappy company. Total FRAUD. They should all be in jail for fraud. It is a scam. Avoid it like the plague. They charged me $4000 and 3 years later no results. When you call they are a bunch of rude aholes. Good luck talking to a manager. These people belong in jail!!!!!!

THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!! We paid and I have an email trail where all the documents have been sent and this was in 2013. Now we are in 2015 and they no longer take messages and say you have to contact them via email or fax. It's people like this that make me sick. The company they were supposed to transfer their "transfers" to was never reached and the new company said if I pay 1400 they would gladly transfer my timeshare. I have been trying to get my transfer completed for 3-1/2 years. As of today, (11/12/14) the phone answers but the mailbox is "full" and I cannot leave a message. I tried sending a fax and the number "failed" twice. My experience is the same as the other reviews. Everything is always in progress and moving along but no closure as of today.
