This is a SCAM...the person owing this site makes up reviews. They took my funds for a credit check. When I request the results they came with can I pay 6 months rent up front I was No bit i can pay what the application ask for they never respond. Not even to tell me if I qualified or not. Still won't answer.. Don't apply they'll take your money and information. I made a police report.

This company apparently is a scam. No real contact number they don't return emails. They just want your personal information and application fee. All other reviews with 4+ stars are more likely not real reviews. DO NOT TRUST THIS FAKE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO.
Any negative reviews here are from bad tenants. They are Very easy to deal with, everything is online, no need to send any checks/etc. Rented a property from them - if you are nice to the landlord, they are nice to you. Not hard to do.
Rented one of their properties in the high desert. Carpets were a bit dirty when we moved in, but overall a good experience. Property was in good condition, and the price was lower than comparable apartments in the area.
