Although I am no longer a customer of Columbia Bank, I went into the local Issaquah branch a few weeks ago requesting help on retrieving past statements from previous accounts. Joseph G. was incredibly helpful and followed up multiple times after contacting the internal branch for further assistance on locating my statements. This is the type of customer service that should he highlighted and praised!

Terrible for small business. Started off good but started holding deposits for 10 day's stating it's federal law. Absolute nonsense. Ai took over apparently.
