I have had an account with them for over 10 years. It is the most wonderful place. Beginning with the people. So appreciate that this bank is modest in size so the people know your name and greet you like an old friend. The building in Issaquah is also outstanding. Gorgeous, older architecture with tall windows and ceilings. It's a pleasure to stop by and do business with them in the beautiful surroundings. The staff has always treated me with first class service over the past decades. I made a tough decision the other day and closed my accounts here at the Issaquah branch. The building is a beautiful historic building and the team here keeps it very clean and welcoming. The location however is in a very challenging location to access and dangerous at times. My issue involved my debit card being used fraudulently. The issue was resolved quickly.
Michelle and everyone at the Issaquah branch has been amazing.
They are the most caring and friendliest Bank I have been to. I can't recommend them enough
