Stopped in on Monday in desperate need of a part for one of my commercial rhinestone setting machines. The part is backordered from the manufacturer and I cannot run my business without it! Robbie was able to take my broken piece and create me an exact match. Awesome quality work. Had a motorcycle part I needed modified but did not have the tools nor the skill necessary for the job. Sent them an email of what I needed done and the specs I think I needed to make it fit and they replied within a few hours with a quote. Robbie was able to get it done much quicker than expected and the resulting part fit like a glove.
I called this shop looking for an obscure part for a large format camera. There was no hesitation, only an offer to help. I was presented with more than one option, and then I got a recommendation which was a good one, so I followed it. I am happy that I did. I have this shop's number in my phone. The next time I have a problem, I will call them immediately.
