We had our pool installed six years ago. We are totally delighted with our pool but more important with Pacific Pools. Their owner is actively involved in the installation of your pool. I had a very positive experience with Pacific Pools. Everyone was great! Also kudos to Newton Concrete and Faery’s Landscaping for completing the entire package! Everything looks amazing and I cannot wait to enjoy my new pool and patio space next summer!!!
From the arrogance of the salesman Vince, to the mistake made by the owner during installation that I paid for. To the concrete company they use ("said all concrete cracks"). I should have known the next bad thing would be poor customer service. Way over priced and under preformed. I would recommend searching out a pool company that values your investment not your money
