Brandon is awesome. He previously installed a variable speed pump and this time he replaced my DE filter with a cartridge filter. He got it done fast and was able to put the new filter in a more convenient place. I always ask a lot of questions and he graciously answered them all. I highly recommend Patriot Pools and if you’re going to upgrade any equipment, have Brandon do it.
Absolutely amazing experience so far. I recently transitioned to them this past week, and they quickly helped me get my pool repaired and set up for weekly service. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly detail oriented, communication has been excellent, and the team is very helpful and kind.
Matt is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and let me know we would be moved to the top of the priority list as we have repairs in need of immediate attention. We are new to Patroit Pools but I have faith they will have us in tip top shape in no time!
I had a great experience from start to finish. My main pump went out over the weekend and with the hard freeze coming I wanted to have repaired or replaced before then. Brandon was able to come by same day to diagnose and I had a full replacement the following day. He even spent some extra time with me going over a few things about the equipment that was not mentioned by the builder. Brandon and Patriot provided 5 star service. Will use again.
Brandon with Patriot Pools came out and performed a complete diagnostic service on the pool equipment. Brandon did an awesome job explaining all of the equipment, pool features and answering my questions. What was initially thought to be a UV bulb outage, ended up being an incorrectly wired switch, saving me a considerable amount of money. Additionally, Brandon walked me through how to work the various pool systems. Highly recommend!
