I used Patriot Pools for over a year. Overall, they did a good job cleaning the pool, especially with vacuuming. My concerns were mostly with communication and attention to detail. On a couple of occasions, the timer was not set correctly, which resulted in my pump running continuously until I noticed. Tristan is a top notch tech. Friendly and efficient.
Colton did a great job. He was there for a long time and really took care of the pool. There had been another technician this year who had not been as effective and has not taken as much time. We really like when Colton services the pool. Thanks!
