I used this service for about 2 years, and the service has gone down steadily since that time. With a service tech coming to your house weekly, one would think that there would be some recognition of issues as they arise, but let’s go through what we experienced: 1. Patriot does weekly cleaning and maintenance for my pool. During their cleaning they saw my booster pump was leaking. I was quoted $1,195.85 for a brand-new booster pump. The pump itself was completely fine. The only issue was a cracked volute, which is a $35 replacement part. Instead of diagnosing and repairing the existing pump, patriot went straight to replacing the pump.. Had I not looked into the issue myself, I could have spent $1,200 on equipment I did not need.
