We found the response and service from Pacific Pools to be first rate. They were very friendly and engaging and were able to solve our problem quickly and in a timely manner.
Jeff was awesome, will 100% work with Pacific pools in the future. I had no idea what was going on with my pool, Jeff came out, identified the issue right off the bat, tested things for a day and fixed everything the next. Price was very fair and the experience was overall excellent!
Jeff and the team were fantastic to work with fixing our spa heater issues. They were great at communicating and scheduling, very reliable, and most importantly got the issue fixed in time for a party we had scheduled. I'd definitely recommend them.
