I called Matt at Pacific Pool Services recently due to my pump not starting. Pacific Pool Services will unequivocally be who I now call for any future issues - they were prompt, honest, competitively priced, and had spectacular follow up. We have had a great experience with Pacific Pool Services (Jeff & Matt). They come every week & have taken really good care of our pool. They can fix anything related to our pool & are proactive if they see any issues that come up with our pool (as they always do). Always respond in a timely manner when I have to reach out to them. Highly recommend them!
Matt is legit. He came out promptly to find out what was wrong with my pool equipment and quickly fixed me up. Highly recommend.
Horrible horrible service. Did not honor the price on his contract did not tell me about issues and extra costs and did not finish in a timely manner- 6 months later was still dealing with issues. Doesn’t show up when he says he will doesn’t deposit checks in a timely manner … I could go on and on
