I recently had a problem with my spa heater that would not operate correctly. I have been using this system for 10+ years and feared that I had a broken heater. I reached out to my Pacific Pools representative, and Jeff came out less than 2 hours after my call and immediately fixed the issue. Mind you this is an extremely busy weekend, and Jeff came out sooner than I could have hoped for and did not charge me a penny. Pacific Pools and Jeff are best in class.
Excellent and reliable service and I appreciate the weekly email listing everything that was done during servicing. Great staff and super responsive. We had to do some major replacement of old equipment, and they were reasonable, fast, and professional. Highly recommended!
