I have used Pacific Pools for several years. I've had random issues over the years but was always told it was a result of other causes. There was always a scale build up on the tile, but it was never addressed. Most recently several services were missed and my pool started to turn green. I had to call several times and left voicemails before I finally received a response. I was told the regular tech was on vacation and my route had been missed.
