As a tenant I haven't had any major issues with management. They're super responsive and acted as a good mediator.
I recently moved into my first apartment (after living at home with my Father) and I could not ask for a smoother process. Pacific point is a great place. They were able to help me find my current place of living the min I moved cross country. Also my dishwasher was broken and they fixed it the next day. I highly recommend them.
I have been a tenant of Suzanne Smith's with this agency for over 20 years. In that time I have found her to always get my concerns taken care of and in a timely manner. Repairs? No problem, they get done and they get done quick. A little discrepancy in some thing in the lease? Again, no problem, over twenty years of course we've had some disagreements but Suzanne and I have always gotten things worked out to our mutual satisfaction.
