Great building in a great location run by a great team! Miguel and Deirdre are the best.
My husband and I have lived here for several years now, and we feel SO lucky to have found this gem. Miguel is incredibly responsive and takes such good care of all the apartments. You can't beat the location, and everyone who lives here is so friendly and wonderful.
Really enjoy our apartment and the security of the building as well as the parking garage. Location is by far one of the best you can get if you want to be able to walk to a park, brewery, or shopping in minutes. Miguel with the maintenance team is the best!
I have lived at Pacific Pointe for 3 years now. It's in a great location, very walkable and having Gasworks Park so close is a huge perk. The building also offers a secure garage and is a secure building, which helps with safety. Miguel, the maintenance person, is super helpful and very responsive. Both Miguel and Deirdre are very nice and help make Pacific Pointe a nice place to live.
