Great place! Friendly and efficient staff. Tire plugged and I was on my way in under 30 minutes!
Worst car experience I have had. Went in for an oil change and the oil cap was left off. Oil everywhere and my car started smoking. Tried to speak to the manager to get a refund but he refused to call me back. Very disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could.
On my lunchtime I discovered a nail in my tire and was quickly losing air. I stopped at Pacific Pitt Stop to see if they could help. The guys were on their lunch but they stopped to help me out. GREAT SERVICE and they saved the day for me and were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road in 30 mins! On the way back to work I discovered I left my phone on the counter and went back - they were waiting for me with my phone 😁 Thank you Pacific Pitt Stop!!
