This office is amazing! The receptionist who helped me with my first call was very patient, helpful, friendly, and extremely professional. She reviewed my insurance policy and advised me on the best possible options. The day of my visit Dr. Kattengel was equally as proficient and professional as her receptionist. I'm brand new at Santa Monica I went to Pacific Pier Optometry, and Dr. kattengell is so nice and kind. She has a nice variety of glasses. She made my glasses and their great I love my new glasses Definitely coming back here again

Very friendly and inviting shop! Dr. K spent time to get to know me, reviewed my past prescriptions with me, and answered all of my questions while I was picking out my new glasses. She treated me as a person, not just a patient.
