Dr K is great! Thorough and patient, made me daily and computer glasses that came out perfectly and helped me find contact lenses that don’t dry my eyes out. Grateful to have found Pacific Pier Optometry!
Negligent care, dishonest billing, and completely unprofessional. Do not trust these people. One week the assistant was rolling cigarettes at the front desk; the next, he was coughing so badly the doctor wore a mask around him. When I questioned charges for replacement lenses in my glasses, they revised the invoice two times. Suspiciously, they initially claimed they couldn’t print it due to HIPAA — which isn’t true. I really enjoy coming here. It’s on a cute quiet street with great parking. The office is always very clean with modern tech (and coffee in the waiting area). Dr. Kattengell is incredibly patient, professional, and personable. The pricing is clearly broken down before the appointment starts which I really appreciate in a business.
