I would like to commend the staff at the Pacific Phoenix Psychiatry and TMS in Lakewood, WA for the extraordinary job that is done at this location every day. I put off getting psychiatric help for years due to a rather dangerous previous experience, but when a friend recommended Brooke Music to me I decided I would give it a shot. I'm happy to say that since I've been seeing Brooke I've improved immensely! I feel so much more grounded and better in every way. Even aspects I didn't think could be fixed in psychiatry, Brooke has guided me to improvement. Her personality and approach have made me feel comfortable about the uncomfortable.

I was in need of help with meds and decided to call and see what their availability was like. The receptionist Alyssa was so kind and let me know their soonest availability and walked me through the process of the paperwork. She was incredibly helpful during a very vulnerable time. The provider Brooke really listened to me and what was happening in my life and came up with a solid care plan for me, she even followed up with me after the new patient appointment.
