Dr. Herron and her staff are extremely kind and competent. She was patient when answering my questions, and explained the process in a way that made me feel confident and well-informed.
Dr. Herron seems extremely competent and knowledgeable when it comes to all things perio. I fully agreed and understood her assessment of my gum situation and will be proceeding with the recommended procedures – just with a different provider. Maybe I’m too sensitive of a soul, but I found Dr. Herron rude, abrasive, and dismissive. I highly recommend Dr. Herron for dental implants. Dr. Herron placed 3 molar implants in my mouth about a year ago, and the results have been great. She and her staff were considerate of my concerns (I am allergic to fragrance and other scented products) and always treated me with respect. Dr. Herron worked closely with my dentist (Dr. Pavinee) on the design of my treatment plan, which went through a few iterations before being finalized. Highly recommend Dr Herron. I first went to her a couple of years ago and received excellent advice and treatment, in fact she effectively downsold me treatment counter to what I had visited her anticipating. I'm now consulting with her again, I have a complex case and appreciate her sage advice. She truly acts in the best interests of her patients (not the case for all perios I've seen), and is very skilled and experienced. Warm and competent team around her as well.
Very skilled surgeon with a light hand. I was expecting my procedure to be incredibly painful but I healed quickly and with no issues. She will take your concerns seriously no matter how small or silly they seem. Her team is also very nice and helpful.
