Just had a dental visit with an extraction, a cap, and a filling and the dentist (Gill) literally walked in without uttering a word and immediately started drilling on my child's teeth as if she was an adult (very aggressively). No inquiries if the numbing agent was working (it was given less than 5 min beforehand which, in my opinion, was too soon). No inquiries about pain or any child approach conversation whatsoever. I told you my children were fully exposed to the bird flu by me. My wife called 3 times and told you that. I called the 4th time when the fever started, but you couldn't see them until the next day. We knew what was coming, so did you. You didn't care. The ER doctor said if we would have waited my 3 year old son would have been in a lot of danger. RecommendedMy non speaking son with autism has been going here since he was 3. It’s been a challenge with his sensory issues, but they have been so patient and kind every step of the way here. He’s 10 now and our last visit was our best. Easy and calm. He did X-rays and sat in the chair and let the dentist use his instruments to fully look at all his teeth. Such a big milestone for him. So wonderful to see him able to reach these huge milestones at his pace and to gain that trust. Thankful for all the time they put in for the baby step... read more

RecommendedAmazing staff! My daughter is on the Autism spectrum and has been extremely scared to go to the dentist. Dr. Armstrong was patient, kind, and calm with my daughter. She has now been twice! She LOVES going to the dentist now! She receives hugs from the staff and encouragement...and to top it all had never had a cavity! Thank you Orchard!
