$15 for a small sandwich and doesn't even come with a side. Customer service is lacking. Been here two times and they act like they don't even wanna be there. Also, they don't even have any type of hot sauce.
Just ordered for take out, first time there, will not return. Food was awful, was not even able to eat it. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and it was so greasy and the chick was dark meat. Not expecting either of those things for this sandwich. My friend had a salad and was not impressed.
100/10! The sandwich melt was made with intention. It had an incredible balance of flavors…it was absolutely delicious and truly felt like it was made with love. The soup and carrot cake were excellent as well. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, I know that many gluten-free options elsewhere are often dry, stale, or bland. For years, I used to walk my dog from my apartment to the food trucks across the street a great variety, solid food, and good prices. So, when Pacific Pearl was getting ready to open, I was genuinely excited. The menu looked promising. Unfortunately, the execution completely missed.
