Damn Good Service – If you ever have to deal with the unfortunate business of pawning something this is the place to go. I've gone to a few other places in Reno and they've all been the same, full of rude employees who treat you like they're doing you a favor so you should eat the dirt they walk on. A REAL GEM – A delightful experience. Highly recommend you ask for Myln, a very gracious and helpful salesperson. I purchased a beautiful ring at a fraction of the price it would have been in a "regular" jeweler store. The item was ready when promised and they cheerfully sized it a second time when it didn't fit the first (my fault btw). This is a different experience if you have not been to a pawn broker before as you are "expected to bargain." THANK YOU!!!!!!
