I’ve had a really good experience renting this duplex so far. Management has been super nice and easy to work with, and the move-in process was quick and simple. The move-in costs and deposit were also really affordable, which I appreciated. The only minor issue was waiting a bit for the new blinds to come in, but that wasn’t really management’s fault. Overall, I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend it.
The management team is awesome here. When I have problems things always get done promptly. Plus they have recently put on new roofs and put in new windows. Very friendly and professional .
I moved in here in June 2023 and would recommend! The duplexes are definitely older but I think the peace and quiet makes it worth it. I think I heard my neighbor one time in the two years I lived there which, as a renter, is a HUGE plus. When our stove started acting up they addressed and replaced it in a timely manner. When I first moved in all the outlets were lose and they had someone out to fix it asap. They replaced all the windows while I lived there which was really nice as it shows they're maintaining and improving ... read more
