Our experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, Linda, the property manager, has been absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we understood every step of the move-in process, and truly made us feel at home before we even had the keys. Don’t rent from fpi dog shit everywhere maintenance is always changing Linda manager is horrible she always try and charge you a late fee but don’t fix problems in a timely manner roaches in every unit busy street you hear traffic all day kitchens is still In 1992 walls a thin you can hear everything next door dont do it you have been warned
Linda was so great to work with and very helpful . She’s friendly and down to earth
The property manger Linda and Dave is awesome they are good people they get things done
Shoddy repairs. Outdated units. They don’t put any money into this property. The inside of the units is typical of a grade C complex. Super basic with no vibe. Some units don’t even have dual pane windows. Outdated tile countertops. Kitchen cabinets have that been painted ten times look. Better check around. Much nicer properties in quieter neighborhoods.
