I’m 18, just got my first job, and I’m looking for my first apartment, so I was honestly really nervous. I scheduled a tour after reading all the great reviews and met with Linda, the property manager. She was so patient and answered every question I had without making me feel dumb. The apartments are nice size and the property is well maintained. The neighbors are mostly quiet and there hasn't been any issues. Linda (property manager) is very personable and professional. She communicates and responds within reasonable time. I wasn't sure how long we were going to stay here when we moved in, but here we are committing to another lease.
Linda, the Property Manager, was so helpful! I called yesterday, and by the next day I was already getting a tour of the apartment complex. She was super nice and welcoming. She never made me feel like any of my questions were dumb, and as someone renting for the first time, that meant a lot to me. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was throughout the process.
I was here for a year and it was a good place to live. It was nice being so close to the inshape and the pool is nice. Linda was helpful and responsive if I needed anything.
Linda, the property manager, has been absolutely amazing!! she’s super nice, respectful and VERY on top of her job! Her and the new maintenance man Sean have been very helpful, quick and efficient at getting things done around!! Shout out to Linda and Sean !!!
