I moved to San Luis Obispo recently and was nervous about finding a new pain group. Thankfully, I met with Barbara last week and she was great. I now have new hope that there might actually be a way to manage some of my pain by way of treatments which is huge!

They know their job is to help us with our pain. Mine is chronic and I get great treatment quickly and with almost no discomfort. The PA's are also first rate. I will recommend them to anyone with continuing pain.

I'm on the San Luis Obispo office today PA Barbara is helping with my upper back spasms. I'd like to say she and the office staff are the Best. I have yet to meet a sour person. People at both locations are the kindest most caring people. I'm so glad to be helped by Dr Pires and all his staff. Thank you all for caring

I have had several injections through the years (my advice... Go home and lie down for the day and the next day if possible). Joint injections into the knee joints or other joints, trigger point injections into the ... read more
