This review is for their Fireside Home Solutions department: Recently I hired them to clean and service my Napoleon cast-iron, propane heat stove. Their technician Val was very professional and amiable, and he did a great job of making my stove as close to new as possible. On a followup call, a second technician, Greg, did excellent work as well and, like Val, was also knowledgeable and friendly. I bought this stove 12 years ago from Northwest Hearth & Home in Olympia.
