I’ve been trying to send referrals to them but their front desk staff are rude and keep hanging up on my office staff. Not friendly, will send referrals to the other group downstairs.

I find this office very clean and easy to find! Easy to park and come in and out. My doctors recommended me here to see spine specialist Dr Hsiao and everything went well. Good!
Dr Mark Hsiao is great and takes his time. I come to see him for my back pain and neck problem and I’ve seen him for last 6-7 months and he help me a lot. I am recommend my family and friends to him. He had good bed side manner and I like his Team Maria and Jess. Thank you
Doctor Mark Hsiao and staff very helpful. Efficient and also the course of treatment is working now I’m back to cycling as I want. my shoulder is much better my wife and I come to Pacific ortho associates for all my needs. Dr Hsiao is great!! Thank you
